When the job completion report is updated, finished products are placed before 3rd party Inspection agency for inspection. For this process the IR Requisition Letter is generated and then after inspection is carried out the IR & DR forms are produced automatically and printouts can be taken.

Delivery Challan & Invoice :

The delivery challan is printed and accompanied with the fabricated or manufactured product and then after shipment the bill is generated. The bill will have the following sheets enclosed.
